Prime Heat offers Finish Line monitoring and programming that gives you immediate updates on your system's production rate, problems that we detect and program changes that you may need. With the internet we can allow you from any location to access and evaluate productivity and look inside the UV3D room as product is being processed. Inside the UV3D room we have cameras that the robot uses to check alignment and verify the product on the PowerCart. These can also be used by Prime Heat to check for correct programming. When a new product is being introduced to the production line we can program it from our facility and then download it directly into your PowerCart loading station. We can also watch it inside the UV3D room and make any adjustments if needed. By using our technology, we can offer an additional set of eyes in the finishing room to assure that you're operating at peak efficiency.
